Returns Policy

Introduction

At Sign Digital UK, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. We’ve established this returns policy to ensure you can return products under appropriate circumstances.

This policy applies to customers in England and Wales.

To initiate a return, a Return Request Form must be completed within 7 days of receiving the product. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, such as those under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Replacement Items

All of our digital displays and signage products come with a 90-day warranty for any defects in materials or workmanship, commencing from the date of dispatch. If the manufacturer provides a longer warranty, we will honor that period. Please review the following terms before initiating a return.

Digital Signage, Screens, and Other Products

New products (excluding replacement lamps) are covered by a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Some warranties are managed by the manufacturer directly; please contact us for details regarding your specific product.

Clearance Items

Clearance or graded items may have different warranty terms. Be sure to inquire about the warranty when purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If any items arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. If items are damaged during transit, please repackage them as they arrived and contact us immediately. Goods must remain at the delivery address for possible inspection by the courier. Failure to retain packaging or the delivery address may invalidate your claim.

If both our terms and the courier’s terms are followed, the damaged items will be replaced or refunded. If the items are found not to be defective, they will be returned to you, and you will be liable for any associated costs.

For damaged goods, we must be notified within 3 days from receipt. Faulty goods must be reported within 1 month to qualify for a collection. Once a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) is issued, you have 28 days to return the item(s).

Ordered in Error / No Longer Required

If you order an incorrect item, we will generally accept returns, subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in original, unopened condition with seals intact. Please note, special-order items cannot be returned.

Incorrect Product Supplied

We strive to deliver the correct products every time. If an incorrect item is shipped, we will credit you once the product is returned. Contact our sales team before placing a replacement order to avoid repetition.

Credits

Credits for returned items will be processed once the goods are returned and inspected. Please note that processing can take up to 7 days after receipt.

Returns Policy

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • We receive the returned product within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original, unopened packaging with any seals or shrink-wrap intact, and is in resalable condition.

  • You follow the returns procedure outlined below.

  • No exclusions (listed below) apply.

Returns Procedure

To return a product:

  1. Complete a Return Request Form within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Await approval of your return. If approved, you will receive a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). If declined, you will be notified by email.

  3. Package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. Cover the original packaging and attach the return paperwork and RAN to the outer covering. Do not write on the original packaging.

  4. All returns must be sent using the same shipping method we used for delivery to ensure adequate shipping insurance.

You are responsible for covering postage costs for returns under this policy.

Exclusions

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (unless faulty).

  • DVDs, CDs, or other media.

  • Computer software (including CD-ROMs and DVD-ROMs).

  • Custom-made products or products made to order.

Refunds

We will refund the full price of any product returned in accordance with this policy. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. We will process the refund within 30 days of receiving the returned product.

Improper Returns

If you return a product that does not comply with this policy:

  • No refund or exchange will be provided.

  • We may retain the returned product until you pay for re-delivery.

  • If no re-delivery payment is received within 14 days, we may dispose of the product at our discretion without liability.
